Chef Milly and Minnesitaly has teamed up to start one of the most exciting personal chef services in Rochester, MN.

Our speciality is delicious cuisine created with a great passion inspired by the fantastic flavours of Italy itself. We take great pride in bringing to Rochester real Italian traditional dishes following the “Trattoria Way” which is something that you can experience only in Italy and now also in the US.

Starter

Bruschetta Nina
Grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with diced fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and small pieces of cheese.

Main

Carbonara
Pasta with a creamy based eggs and pecorino romano cheese, bacon and black pepper.

Dessert

Tiramisu
Ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.
